The Godfather: Goto Tadamsa Loses; 後藤忠政組長の敗北？

未確認情報だが、１７日（日本時間）において後藤忠政組長（山口組後藤組約1200人）が山口組総本部へ参り、高山頭及び山口組執行部にお詫びしたうえ、抵抗をやめると申しました。これで後藤組の独立運動が完全に封じられており、山口組本部から賛同者の処分は相次いでいます。後藤組も塚本本部長の昇格などで実質的に分裂していく見通しで、力も失います。隠居生活でも後藤忠政組長が力を発揮する可能性が極めて低いです。後藤組長とは終焉の時が近づきました。

As previously reported, Goto Tadamasa, the leader of the Goto-gumi (1200 members), one of the largest factions of Japan’s organized crime group, the Yamaguchi-gumi (40,000) members, was expelled from the organization on the 14th of October, 2008. He briefly attempted to rally his allies and go independent, provoking the Yamaguchi-gumi head office to officially banish him (絶縁）which is a much heavier penalty. Some would say the Yakuza equivalent of a fatwa (or death sentence). However, due to some behind the scenes negotiations, the Yamaguchi-gumi ruling council was able to block Goto’s movements, get his own soldiers to betray him via internal promotions and enticements. Goto himself went to Kobe on the 17th, apologized to the ruling council, and Takayama, the de facto boss of the entire Yamaguchi-gumi and promised to retire. His yakuza career is essentially over.
